## **專案背景**

在全球淨零碳排的浪潮下，台灣製造業上市櫃公司正面臨日益嚴峻的減碳規範與嚴格的 ESG 永續標準壓力。能源管理已從過去的加分項目，轉變為企業維持國際競爭力的生存關鍵。而在多數大型製造廠區中，空調系統（HVAC）往往是最大的耗能元凶，佔據全廠總能耗高達 30% 至 40%，自然成為企業推動節能減碳的首要目標。

然而，要落實精準的能源管理，業界目前卻普遍面臨極具挑戰的能源控管困境：

1. 異質設備語系不通，整合成本高昂：隨著工廠長期擴建，廠內充斥著新舊交替、多種品牌的控制器（PLC）與機電設備。這些設備宛如各說各話，缺乏統一的通訊標準，導致系統介接困難重重。

## **客戶需求：實現**全廠空調系統與設備之能源管理及能耗監控** **

廠區內分散的設備與系統連線斷層，嚴重限縮企業的即時監控視野。為突破此一瓶頸，廠房迫切需要一款可支援多品牌 PLC 的工業通訊協定轉換軟體，以徹底消除現場 PLC 與中央 SCADA 系統間的通訊落差，落實全面的能源管理。

### **透過通訊協定轉換及自動化報表系統，解決數據孤島、優化能源管理**
