## AVEVA 開發工具包 (Development Studio) 的選型

AVEVA 開發工具包 (Development Studio) 是一個基於元件的整合應用程式開發環境，提供開發工廠資訊、視覺化或 SCADA 應用程式所需的所有資訊和功能。包括 HMI (人機介面)、資料擷取、歷史資料庫、控制與最佳化以及分析。

AVEVA 開發工具包授權允許安裝在一台電腦上，支援指定 Galaxy IO 規模的整合式開發環境 (IDE)，以及用於測試以 AVEVA System Platform 為基礎的應用程式的一些功能 : 

- 開發工具包可以當成 InTouch HMI 開發版 (InTouch HMI 2023R2 之前的版本)，完成所有單機 InTouch HMI 開發工作。
- 開發工具包具備所有 InTouch HMI 執行版的功能，可以充當一個操作人員工作站使用。
- 可以作為系統平台完整開發工具 (IDE)，能建立、編輯、部署和管理 ArchestrA 應用物件進行平台內畫面開發，並支援作為執行客戶端授權使用。
- 支援 Historian 的偵錯，用於 InTouch HMI 或 System Platform 的基礎版 Historian (Historian Server Standard Edition)。不過要注意，開發工具包授權提供的基礎版 Historian 僅支援 24 小時的資料儲存，有關用於生產的完整 Historian Server 應用請參考「AVEVA Historian」章節。

**根據具體專案需求，在進行軟體配置時需要考慮以下問題 :**

1. 多少歷史資料點數需要儲存? 歷史資料保存的天數? 是否需要接收來自其他 Historian 的複製資料?
2. 歷史資料庫是否需要備援?
3. 是否需要另外增加資料擷取驅動的數量? 預設情況下歷史資料庫授權包含一套資料擷取標準版授權。
4. 需要多少個歷史資料客戶端? 客戶端是需要桌面應用程式還是 Web 存取?

以某企業 IIoT 平台客戶需求為例，建置系統架構和軟體配置。

**客戶需求 : **

客戶需要在中控室架構一台歷史資料庫伺服器,用於收集 A、B、C 三個場域裡控制器 PLC 裡的資料，由於 A 場域、B 場域距離中控室物理距離較遠，客戶希望如果 A、B 兩個場域與中控室網路出現中斷時歷史資料能夠被快取，待網路恢復後能夠把快取的歷史資料發送到中控室的歷史資料庫進行歸檔，從而保證歷史資料的完整性。同時中控室提供一台歷史資料客戶端電腦，能夠查看歷史資料曲線和匯出歷史資料到 CSV 檔案中。

**系統架構 :**

Historian 歷史資料庫授權已經包含了一個 Communication Drivers Standard 授權，因此歷史資料庫伺服器上同時安裝 Communication Drivers 軟體，直接擷取 C 場域的資料。

3. 附加選項授權許可是否需要增加? 其中 MES option 此功能選項允許無限制地呼叫 SQL 查詢、SQL 預存程序和其他資料庫請求，同時該授權包含 5 個 Web 客戶端。該授權設計用於存取 SQL 資料庫較多的報表應用程式 (如 MES 應用程式)。

## 遠端存取應用程式

AVEVA 提供兩種方法用於遠端檢視 InTouch HMI 和 System Platform 應用程式圖形介面。

- InTouch Access Anywhere
- InTouch Web Client

需要注意的是，當 AVEVA System Platform 客戶端選擇 OMI (Operations Management Interface) 時，遠端存取不支援 Web Client，請選擇 InTouch Access Anywhere 方案。

### InTouch Access Anywhere (ITAA)

InTouch Access Anywhere 可讓您在幾乎所有支援 HTML5 相容網頁瀏覽器的裝置上遠端存取 InTouch 應用程式。透過使用 InTouch Access Anywhere，您可以在手機、平板電腦、筆記型電腦或桌上型電腦的網頁瀏覽器中顯示執行應用程式的WindowViewer，而無需安裝單獨的客戶端應用程式。

InTouch Access Anywhere 提供以下功能:

- 提供對 InTouch 應用程式的安全遠端存取
- 整合影像壓縮、資料封包和框架渲染技術，以提升網際網路效能
- 會自動根據顯示應用程式的網頁瀏覽器視窗大小調整 InTouch Access Anywhere 工作階段的大小
- 支援觸控螢幕裝置上的手勢操作
- 可在僅支援網頁應用的裝置上執行，如 Chromebook

InTouch Access Anywhere 伺服器安裝在公司資料中心的 RDP 主機上。該主機電腦已安裝 InTouch WindowViewer 並正在執行 InTouch 應用程式。當您登入時，可以選擇要檢視的 InTouch 應用程式。

InTouch Web Client 功能允許您在任何相容 HTML5 的網頁瀏覽器中檢視 InTouch HMI 應用程式中使用的選定工業圖形。內建的 Web 伺服器使網頁瀏覽器能夠從任何 Microsoft Windows 客戶端或伺服器作業系統存取應用程式圖形而無需使用遠端桌面協定 (RDP) 或 Microsoft Windows Server 的 Internet 資訊服務 (IIS)。

您可以在網頁瀏覽器中檢視 InTouch 應用程式和 InTouch for System Platform 受管應用程式的圖形介面。使用 InTouch Web Client 你可以 :

- 透過 Web Client 快速切換功能，在 WindowMaker 和 Web Client 之間輕鬆切換

方案定價 : 

AVEVA Customer FIRST 方案是一項按年收費的軟體維護與支援方案，可以作為客戶軟體訂閱的一部分一起購買或者單獨購買。根據客戶設施或工廠所使用的 AVEVA 軟體標價，不同方案等級按一定比例計算收取年費。

對於 AVEVA 工業控制軟體系列如 InTouch HMI 相關產品，客戶可「選擇性」購買 Customer FIRST 服務，其他產品則需最少綁定一年 Customer FIRST 服務，以保障客戶設施的順利營運。

Q1: 如何選擇適合的授權規模 ?

建議根據以下步驟評估:

- 統計現場所有 PLC/DCS 的 IO 點數總和
- 評估未來 3-5 年的擴充需求
- 預留 10-20% 的緩衝空間
- 選擇最接近且略大於需求的授權規模

Q2 : InTouch HMI 和 System Platform 該如何選擇 ?

- **選擇 InTouch HMI **: 適用於單機或小型分散式系統，專案規模較小，不需要複雜的物件導向開發
- **選擇 System Platform **: 適用於大型分散式系統，需要統一管理多個節點，需要物件導向開發和範本重用等功能。

Q3 : 歷史資料庫是否一定需要備援 ?

根據系統重要性決定。

- **關鍵系統 **(如製藥、半導體) : 強烈建議配置備援。
- **一般系統 **: 可根據預算和需求選擇。
